Buy a Gig — fixed-price deliverables like brand design, website design, AI automation, social media kits, and SEO — starting from $349.
How quickly can I get a virtual assistant?

It depends on the path you choose. Talent Shortlist candidates are typically ready within a few business days. Managed VA placements usually deploy within about 5 business days. Job posts go live immediately after checkout. Productized gigs follow the timeline listed for each gig (usually 5–30 business days).
What's the minimum commitment?

Post a Job and Talent Shortlist are one-time fees with no ongoing commitment. Gigs are fixed-price, one-off projects. For Managed VA placements, you can start part-time or full-time and scale as needed — no long-term lock-in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Post a Job, Talent Shortlist, and gig purchases are processed securely at checkout through our dashboard.
Are there any setup fees?

No surprise setup fees. You pay the listed price for Post a Job, Talent Shortlist, or a gig. Managed VA pricing is discussed upfront before placement — no placement fees tacked on after the fact.

How do you vet your VAs?

Every VA goes through a rigorous 4-step screening process: resume review, skills assessment, English proficiency testing, and video interviews. Only the top 8–10% of applicants make it through. We recruit Taskbaba Academy verified graduates, and all hires include our 60-day replacement guarantee.
What if my VA doesn't work out?

We offer free replacements. If your VA isn't the right fit for any reason, we'll quickly match you with a new one at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
