How quickly can I get a virtual assistant?

Talent Shortlist candidates are typically ready within a few business days. Managed VA placements usually deploy within about 5 business days.
What's the minimum commitment?

Talent Shortlist is a one-time fee with no ongoing commitment. For Managed VA, you can start part-time or full-time and scale as needed — no long-term lock-in.

Are there any setup fees?

No surprise setup fees. You pay the listed price for Talent Shortlist. Managed VA pricing is discussed upfront before placement — no placement fees tacked on after the fact.

How do you vet your VAs?

Every VA goes through a rigorous 4-step screening process: resume review, skills assessment, English proficiency testing, and video interviews. Only the top 8–10% of applicants make it through. We recruit Taskbaba Academy verified graduates, and all hires include our 60-day replacement guarantee.
What if my VA doesn't work out?

We offer free replacements. If your VA isn't the right fit for any reason, we'll quickly match you with a new one at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
